SHOP POLICY

1. What is the standard shipping time? 

- I usually make molds, create label, and drop off orders within 7 business days (not including weekend). Sometimes I ship sooner (within 3 business day) depending on item availability.

- In rare cases when there is a delay that causes your order to be shipped after the 7 business days deadline, I will contact you to inform about the reason of delay.

- Delivery time, however, will entirely depend on the carrier. It is out of my control if packages are delayed in transit or delivered in errors.

 

2. How to cancel an order?

An order can be cancelled within 6 hours after purchase. Please contact me with your Order number to request cancellation.


3. Care instructions for Silicone Molds:

- Do not use torch or heat gun when resin is in the mold. Silicone will be damaged due to heat exposure. Use 90% alcohol in a fine-mist bottle to spray and burst bubbles.

- Use a piece of tape to gently press down and pick up dust in your mold. Do not rub to scrub your mold.

-Store molds laying flat in ziplock bags or drawers when not in use.

- I wrap all new molds with saran wrap to prevent dust, so when your open the wrap you might see some lines on the mold surface caused by saran wrap clinging to the mold. These lines will not affect your pour and will go away overnight or after the 1st pour.

- Please inspect molds before using. If product has flaws due to human errors, I am happy to fix it for you. However, I will NOT issue refund or exchange on used molds for any reasons.

 

4. Return Policy:

I don’t accept return or exchange on USED molds for any reasons. If there are defects or damage on the molds when you receive them in the mail, please reach out to me within 14 days of receiving and I will happily fix it for you.

If you receive the order but change your mind about them, you can contact me within 14 days after receiving and ship them back to me for a refund of mold price (minus initial shipping cost). Molds must be unused when I receive them back before I can issue a refund.

Please note that I will not refund any shipping fee paid in your original order. If your order had free shipping, that initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Buyers will be responsible for shipping cost of returned items. 


5. Who pays for custom charges/ duties/ taxes/ tariff for international parcels?

Custom charges, duties, or taxes levied by your country is out of my control and they are 100% Buyers’ responsibility. Please check your country’s rule on these charges before placing an order.

 

6. What to do if package delivery is delayed by carrier?

Carrier delays may occur at any time due to high shipping volume, severe weather, or other transit issues . Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery time is out of Seller’s control. Refunds cannot be issued for packages that are delayed but still in transit.

When your tracking shows “Delayed” or “Arriving Late”, please patiently wait as I cannot speed up delivery time.

If your package has not been delivered 15 days after the shipment date, please contact me. I will file a claim with the carrier, which may take up to 7 days to process. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, a full refund will be issued.

If tracking shows “Available for Pick Up,” please contact your local post office or carrier to arrange pickup.

 

7. What to do if my tracking status says “Delivered” but I don’t see my package?

Please understand that as a small handmade business, I’m unable to replace or refund orders once Delivery is confirmed by carrier.

Insured mail only covers packages that are lost In Transit, not items that are marked as Delivered.

If tracking status shows “Delivered” but you don't see your package, I suggest you to try the followings:

- Wait a couple days to see if package will show up. Sometimes packages show "Delivered" but show up the next day.

- Check with your neighbors in case package was delivered to their house or mail box by mistake.

- A package is always scanned upon delivery at final destination. Please contact your local post office or carrier for delivery details such as GPS location of where the package was delivered and who delivered it. If your package was delivered to the wrong location, your delivery man can retrieve it for you.

- If a package was delivered to the correct location but somehow stolen, please file a report with your Police Department since mail theft is a Federal crime. Please understand that I am a small business and I cannot take responsibility when a package is stolen from your property, or is delivered in errors by carrier.

 

8. What happens when a package is lost by the courier?

If your package is not delivered after 15 days from the shipment date, please contact me and I will file a claim with carrier. Claims typically take up to 7 days to process. When carrier confirms the package is lost, I will gladly issue a full refund.

** Please note that a lost package means that the tracking status of your package must show "Missing Mail" instead of "Delivered".

If the tracking status of your package shows "Delivered", I am not responsible for stolen packages or delivery errors caused by carrier.

 

9. What happens when a package is "Returned to Sender"?

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at check out.

I always fulfill and ship to the exact address that buyer provides on the order. 

If a package is returned to me due to insufficient shipping address that buyer provided, the original shipping cost (even if the order qualified for free shipping) will be deducted from the refund. In other words, I will refund you for the mold price MINUS the initial shipping cost that I paid.

You can then put in a new order with the correct shipping address.

Please double-check your shipping information for accuracy before submitting order to avoid delays or extra costs.

 

10. Can I make molds out of your silicone molds?

The intention of my silicone molds is for resin casting only. Please feel free to sell the resin products you make with my molds. But I am not okay with you duplicating my silicone mold designs or use my mold as a part of your mold and sell it as your own.

 

11. Right to Refuse Service 

As a small business owner, I’m committed to maintaining a respectful environment for my customers, myself, and any team members involved.

I reserve the right to refuse service, cancel and refund orders, or terminate communication at my sole discretion if a customer engages in any of the following:

  • Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior (including name-calling or harassment)

  • Social media threats, defamation attempts, or review extortion

  • False accusations or chargeback abuse

  • Excessively unreasonable demands or disruptive conduct

If a customer has history or is found to be acting in bad faith or violating store policies, I may cancel their order and issue a refund at my discretion.

I take customer service seriously and always aim to resolve concerns professionally and fairly — but mistreatment of my business will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
